THREE YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

1. The Manufacturer  HEREBY GUARANTEES  the quality of the NC Rail Plasma Cutting System.
2. The Purchaser is hereby given a three (3) year warranty from the date of purchase for any defect arising from manufacture or premature parts failure upon the following terms and conditions.
3. The Manufacturer hereby undertakes to replace or repair the system or part(s) (if proper function will be restored by part(s) replacement or repair) free of charge at the earliest reasonable time subject to the following exclusion clauses.
4. The Manufacturer will not be liable under the terms of this Warranty for damage or malfunction caused by:
   - Fair wear and tear;
   - Misuse;
   - Electrical trauma (lightning, fusion, etc);
   - Unauthorised repairs.
5. Should the Manufacturer or its servants or agents be required to travel to the Purchaser's place of business after every effort is made to solve the problem by other means of communication the Manufacturer reserves the right to insist on pre-payment of reasonable travel costs and in the event that the defect, damage or malfunction is covered by this Warranty the Manufacturer will refund any travel costs so paid.
6. Nothing herein shall be construed as creating any liability on the part of the Manufacturer for:
   - The cost of freight for parts or machinery;
   - Economic loss including down time or material wastage.
